  • It is performance measurement system for sales.

  • Performance analysis of sales staff, product group and Business insight highlighting key parameters.

  • The product can have additional feature where it provides customer analysis like top leading customers, recently , active customers, long term value of customers, deserting customers etc..

  • An additional facility can be provided where it provides historical demand of products, and historical pricing. This helps in preparing sales strategy and sales forecasting.

I have been using Enquiry Tracking System (ETS) since 27March 2017 on regular basis. The programme is backbone of our enquiry tracking, sales performance measurement, and product performance measurement system. Moreover, I find the weekly reminder of last week performance of each sales staff very valuable in reviewing individual performance, and taking appropriate action in case of any gap. The automation in offer preparation and periodic performance report generation helps us save time too. Now the programme has been extended with new add-on features, which tell us historical demand and pricing of each product, and consequently, help us prepare sales strategy accordingly.
