Moreover, I find the weekly reminder of last week performance of each sales staff very valuable in reviewing individual performance, and taking appropriate action in case of any gap. The automation in offer preparation and periodic performance report generation helps us save time too. Now the programme has been extended with new add-on features, which tell us historical demand and pricing of each product, and consequently, help us prepare sales strategy accordingly.
